Comprehensive Soil Assessment
The first step in developing a biological landcare plan is a comprehensive soil assessment.
Our standard Comprehensive Soil Assessment includes:
- site visit and visual assessment
- soil compaction assessment (on-site)
- soil sampling for lab analysis
- soil biology assessment (performed in our lab)
- soil mineral analysis (through a preferred chemistry lab) with recommendations following Dr. William Albrecht’s method of soil minerals balancing
Additional assessments (such as irrigation water testing, infiltration assessment, refractometer BRIX% readings, etc.) may be recommended based on the project scope.
Based on the results of the assessment, a report with recommendations will be emailed to the customer and further steps will be discussed.
Step-by-Step Process

       1. Request soil assessmentPlease, fill out the request form below.
-

       2. Site visitDuring a site visit, we will take visual observations of the land, measure soil compaction, and take samples to be tested in a lab.
-

       3. Action PlanBased on the soil assessment results, we develop a proposal for soil restoration.
